We are looking for a Project Manager - Strategic Projects within the Strategy and Business Development team of Digital Industries Business. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of strategic growth projects within the company, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, processes, and quality standards. This role will involve collaborating with various business leaders and stakeholders, monitoring project performance, ensuring best practices in project execution, and leading continuous improvement efforts in the industrial automation space. The position reports to the Head of Strategy and Business Development for Digital Industries in the US.
We are looking for a Project Manager. This position will be remote and will preferably be based in Alpharetta, GA, or Livonia, MI. Continental US based candidates will be considered.
You'll make an impact by:
* Leading and managing strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they align with the organization's objectives and strategic goals.
* Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones, while ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Establishing clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
* Working closely with stakeholders across departments to define project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
* Facilitating collaboration between diverse teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and technical departments, ensuring project goals are met effectively.
* Identifying potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle and implement proactive mitigation strategies to address them.
* Troubleshooting issues that arise during project execution, escalating as needed to ensure project continuity and success.
* Tracking and reporting on project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
* Providing regular project updates to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and any adjustments needed to stay on course.
* Conducting post-project evaluations to assess performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future strategic projects.
* Leading change management efforts for strategic projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption during project implementation.
* Communicating project changes and impacts to all relevant stakeholders effectively.

Basic Qualifications:
* 5+ years proven track record of managing complex strategy projects preferably in the manufacturing / High-tech sector.
* Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Data Analytics
* Keen strategic thinker with solid background in Project Management methodologies
* Strong analytical, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record in change management and organizational transformation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
* Travel requirements: 10%
* Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in manufacturing, high-tech or software industries
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
* MBA

* The pay range for this position is $98,980 - $169,680 and the annual incentive is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
