Our Fortune 500 client in the technology industry is seeking a Project Manager Tech 1 to join their team. As a Project Manager Tech 1, you will be part of the Proactive Portfolio & Experience Team supporting various aspects of VBD portfolio management, customer experience, and proactive measures to enhance service delivery and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong program and project management skills, experience with change management and Azure DevOps, and a Bachelor's degree with PMP certification preferred. Job Title: Project Manager Tech 1 Location: Remote - PST preferred Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr What's the Job?
- Contribute to fundamental PM tasks and assist with developing and managing engineer programs
- Manage Azure DevOps and run weekly standups to track milestones and communicate project updates
- Document processes and develop project governance and templates
- Engage in various project management activities such as project kickoffs, gap analysis, defining processes and requirements, and tracking risks and issues
- Manage the DE/EDE Release Management process, including maintaining the Release Management Roadmap to achieve team commitments
What's Needed?
- 3 overall years of experience in the field
- Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role and PMP certification preferred
- Candidates who have job hopped or industry mismatches will not be eligible for the role
- Strong program and project management skills, experience with change management and Azure DevOps
- Experience in a sizable organization implementing ADO
