You will provide vital technical assistance and expertise to ensure the successful development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced network systems essential for mission readiness and effectiveness. This role demands a deep understanding of program management, systems engineering principles, and a commitment to excellence in delivering cutting-edge solutions for the U.S. Army. Skillsets needed:
Program Management Support: - Assist in the development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination across multiple project teams and functional areas.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and recommending mitigating actions to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
Systems Engineering Assistance: - Provide technical expertise in systems engineering principles to support the design, development, integration, and testing of complex network systems and components.
- Assist in requirements analysis, system architecture development, and design trade-off studies to optimize system performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify technical challenges, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with program requirements and standards.
Technical Evaluation and Analysis: - Conduct technical reviews and evaluations of contractor deliverables, including design documents, test plans, and technical specifications.
- Analyze system performance data, test results, and field feedback to assess the effectiveness of deployed network solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or modifications to enhance reliability, scalability, and interoperability.
Documentation and Reporting: - Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, including meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs, to support effective project management and decision-making processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: - Build and maintain positive relationships with program stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and end-users, to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with external organizations and subject matter experts to leverage technical expertise and resources in support of program objectives.
- Represent the TN Program SETA team in meetings, conferences, and working groups to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the defense community.
