Job Description:
DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for overall project execution after project budget and schedule approval: permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Other responsibilities include:Collaborate with project team to successfully mitigate issues and achieve seamless executionInterface and work with client's project management leadership team to provide regular, timely updatesCoordinate construction resources and testing resources for project executionWork with project controls to maintain project schedule and cost forecastMonitor and manage project scopeManage multiple (10 – 30) projects concurrently of varying sizes ($100k - $10M), disciplines (substation, transmission line, network) and voltages (34.5kV to 500kV)QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or construction management from an accredited curriculum.US Citizenship or Green card required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Must have the ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contracts on project-related matters.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not mandatory.Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management related to the Electrical Utility Industry.Compensation Range $145,000-220,000 The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
