Position Purpose: Seeking world-class talent to join the world's leading distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts and value-added services operating 5,500+ locations and servicing more than 20,000 locations in the U.S and Canada. Specifically, this role will report to the Senior Director of the Technology Project Management Office (PMO) and Vendor Management Office (VMO). The Project Manager, VMO, at Genuine Parts Company will play a critical role in the company's adoption of global platforms such as Docusign CLM and Clarity PPM. This role will be partnering with the Technology PMO and VMO to support and enhance report development and data analysis across Genuine Parts Company's business units globally.
Responsibilities: - Technology Docusign CLM:
- Manage and maintain the Docusign CLM platform across global business units.
- Configuration of the Docusign CLM platform to meet requirements of stakeholders and users across the United States, Canada, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
- Assist in workflow design activities and participate in testing of workflows to ensure business requirements are met.
- Manage user accounts, roles and permissions and support ongoing license optimization.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure the platform is used effectively.
- Act as SME to resolve technical issues and answer questions.
- Support reporting requirements by generating reports and providing insights into effectiveness of contract lifecycle management processes.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of reporting processes.
- Clarity PPM:
- Utilize Clarity reporting tools to design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insight into project performance.
- Assist in interpretation of reports and utilization of data to drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency of data in Clarity via regular audits.
- Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes.
- General Reporting:
- Design, develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Location: - GPC has two work locations to choose from, Duluth or Atlanta office.

Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5 years (7+ preferred) of experience in data analysis and reporting in a business environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with Docusign CLM and/or Clarity PPM (or other PPM tools such as Daptiv or Workfront) preferred
