Position Overview:
The Project Manager, Business Process Integration will serve as the project lead for company-wide business integration projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
* Initiate, lead, and close out projects.
* Engage with Customer and Operations teams to develop a project scope and identify business requirements.
* Translate the business requirements into functional tasks for the project team.
* Inform the different functions of the project team on their requirements and be able to explain the requirements with confidence.
* Collaborate with the project team to develop, manage, and execute a plan that achieves the objectives of the project.
* Lead project meetings and administer notes, plans, and action items.
* Create and provide status reports to key stakeholders on a consistent basis.
* Support Operations Teams during critical project phases.
* Actively support the project team in resolution of issues.
* Lead the project team with confidence and integrity.
* Additional job duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications :
* Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations, project management, or other relevant degrees
* Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation,
* Project Management, or implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMSs).
* Demonstrated Project management skills and proven leadership ability required.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required.
* Must be self-directed, capable of identifying, prioritizing, and executing work tasks.
* Proven experience resolving risks and issues within a project.
Travel up to 50%, with higher frequency during project go-live and other key support phases.
