In this role, you will be working with and managing a team of engineers and drafters on a variety of projects. What you will do:
- Effectively communicate project information to clients, regulators, and key stakeholders
- Develop relationships with clients; become trusted advisor.
- Fully engage in water and wastewater projects including planning and process design, stormwater and wastewater lift station design, and reclaimed water applications.
- Provide design support to DCCM family of companies in waster and wastewater projects.
- Assist in developing proposals and support pursuits for Infrastructure RFQs, especially in water and wastewater projects, and collaborat with DCCM family of companies.
- Provide front-line quality control of the Company's services for scope, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure successful delivery of high-quality products and services to customer on time and on budget.
- Perform project reviews to monitor quality of service to the client. Provide project updates and decision items.
- Assist the client with investigating issues that arise on projects, gathering and analyzing data to develop recommendations.
- Act as a technical resource for Company and Client.
- Represent the company at various meetings and attend trainings and events as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Relationship management both externally and internally is a mastered skillset. What you bring:
- An undergraduate or master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas.
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of water and wastewater projects in planning and process design, stormwater and wastewater lift station design, and reclaimed water applications, local experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of industry design codes and local standards such as the City of Houston Infrastructure Design Manual, and the TCEQ Design Manuals for water and wastewater systems.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or MicroStation, AutoCAD preferred.
- Experience in GIS applications.
- Staff management experience.
- Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Experience leading and developing project engineer task leaders, designers, and project administrative personnel.
