Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from initial planning and budgeting to project closeout.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Resolve any on-site issues that may arise, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with commercial interiors, retail fit-outs, or office spaces is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of NYC and Westchester building codes and regulations is a plus.
