This individual will be responsible for coordinating efforts between departments, ensuring compliance with project deadlines, and optimizing resource allocation. Job Title: Project Planner Job Type: Full-time/Salaried/Direct Hire Reports to: Vice President of Operations Shift: Days Salary: Up to $110k, depending upon prior expertise Essential functions for this Project Planner will include:

• Collaborate with engineering, product design, and the operations team to develop a thorough understanding of project requirements.
• Serve as the lead project strategist to research, identify and integrate new data sources and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Implement/communicate project plans and updates to all stakeholders/cross-functional teams.
• Utilize data analysis to optimize resource allocation and streamline business processes.
• Execute load and capacity analysis of multiple areas within the site.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring cost control and performance metrics are maintained.

We're actively seeking Project Management/Planning professionals with the following background profile:

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera), and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
