About the Role:
As a Project Planner/Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of the project management efforts, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you'll collaborate with engineering, product design, and operations teams to define project goals, manage timelines, and optimize resources. This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, product design, and operations to define project scope and requirements, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals.
- Drive Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency. Your creative solutions will have a direct impact on our success.
- Communicate and Align: Provide clear, concise project updates to stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and focused on the same objectives.

Who You Are:
We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, excellent project management skills, and a passion for using data to drive results. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You'll bring:
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, and project management within manufacturing or similar industries (railway experience is a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and data analysis software (Excel, SQL, Python). You know how to leverage technology to get things done efficiently.
- Communication Skills: The ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Multi-tasker: You're comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Team-Oriented: You thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy working with diverse teams to solve problems and drive success.
