DescriptionJob Title: Project Schedule Lead Location: Pennsylvania, USA Contract Length: until 2025/26We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Scheduler to join our team for a large-scale pharmaceutical facility project in Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry standard scheduling software
- Analyze project data and track progress against the project plan
- Develop project progress reports for management and stakeholders
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met
- Identify potential delays and risks and implement corrective actions to minimize impact on the project
- Collaborate with the project team to optimize the project schedule
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project scheduling in the construction industry, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in industry standard scheduling software, such as Primavera P6
- Strong knowledge of CQV
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- PMP certification is a plus
