Job Description:
Your tasks The Project Scheduler, Custom Products will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the scheduling of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: •Good Attendance. •Works effectively with Company personnel, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, tittle or other respectful identifier, and; respecting the diversity of our work force in actions, words and deeds. •Monitor project progress against established schedules, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to project stakeholders. •Design, develop, maintain, and update detailed schedules for key projects. •Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects. •Identify potential scheduling conflicts and risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays and minimize disruptions to project progress. •Support project teams comprised of diverse, cross-functional members, potentially including numerous outside vendors and spanning multiple geographic locations, includes leading project kick-off meetings as necessary. •Contribute to a high-performing, highly motivated, collaborative team environment of trust, empowerment, accountability, and recognition. •Manage projects that can range in scope from low complexity to significant growth breakthrough opportunities managed domestically. •Maintain a sense of urgency, facilitate problem-solving sessions and meetings to address obstacles, and hold team members accountable to program commitments. •Participate in Production meetings as required. •Committed to the protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and neighbors. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Environmental Management System (EMS). •All other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: •Regular, reliable attendance. •Strong interpersonal skills. •Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. •Work productively and meet deadlines timely. •Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. •Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. •Performs all operations to prescribed safety principals. Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred. Technical training or related experience will also be considered.
  • 2+ years' experience in scheduling, manufacturing, project management or construction.
  • Experience with planning and scheduling, cost control, and claims.
  • Passing a company post-employment physical as well as controlled substance testing. and background and security checks, as required.
