Job Description:

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Project Scheduler providing support to the NC3 Contract and specifically the NCN Division.

The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, with an operating location at Kirtland AFB, NM. The NC3 Directorates mission is to provide support to the Program Executive Office (PEO), the Deputy Director, Deputy AFPEO NC3 and staff for acquisition and administrative control of all NC divisions, branches, and programs. It consists of an Executive Section, Engineering (EN), Financial Management (FM), Operations Management (OM), Information Protection (IP), Contracts (PK), Cyber, Logistics (LG), the Program Execution Group (PEG) and Intelligence (IN).

The NCN Division Front Office Group supports division leadership oversight of all programs and personnel within NCN, including reviewing, disseminating, and ensuring adherence to DoD, Air Force, AFMC, and AFNWC acquisition and organizational policy or direction. This group includes a business operations function, administrative support for the division leadership, technical support for all programs within the division, and organizational support for all personnel across the division.

This is a full time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA.

The Contractor shall be able to plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

The Contractor shall communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO. The Contractor shall provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.).

The Contractor shall ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success.

The Contractor shall support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results.

The Contractor shall communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management.

The Contractor shall take corrective actions as necessary to achieve result.

The Contractor shall have an advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Office Project.

The Contractor shall support risk assessment of government and stakeholder schedules and provide Earned Value Management (EVM) indicators to inform schedule risks.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Education: BA/BS Degree or MA/MS Degree in techincal field or analytical field

Years of Experience: 3-10 years of experience

Travel: Occasional travel based on the needs of the program

Please note: Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
