Job Title: Field Project Planner/Scheduler

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Field Project Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Delaware. This role is responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules to support field construction and engineering activities. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules in coordination with project teams.
- Monitor project progress against schedules, identify variances, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyze impacts of scope changes, resource adjustments, or shifting priorities on project schedules.
- Prepare and present detailed schedule reports to project stakeholders, highlighting performance and status.
- Optimize project schedules through resource leveling, critical path analysis, and schedule compression techniques.
- Collaborate with teams to address schedule-related issues and conflicts.
- Participate in project meetings and provide informed schedule updates and recommendations.
- Mentor and train junior planning/scheduling professionals in best practices and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project planner/scheduler or project controls specialist in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, including resource management and risk analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
