The Project Scheduler Position

Indiana Bridge is committed to developing a well-rounded team with a deep understanding of the AS/RS and steel industries. To support this, the newest Scheduler will undergo a comprehensive training program, gaining hands-on experience both in the office and the field while collaborating with seasoned professionals. This role also offers the chance to work on unique projects and grow alongside the continued expansion of this division and industry. The position is based at our Muncie, Indiana facility.

The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating construction schedules for multiple projects using construction management software and tools. Other responsibilities include conducting site visits, addressing delays, coordinating material deliveries, and preparing status reports, while continually refining scheduling processes to enhance efficiency.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities of the Project Scheduler Position:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools including Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address potential scheduling conflicts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date schedules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.
