Job Description

AECOM is seeking Construction Schedulers to be based in New York, NY. Will operate as a scheduler working directly with the NYC SCA on projects related to schools throughout New York City and the surrounding boroughs.

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting and reporting cost and schedule performance for projects throughout the organization.

+ Supports analysis of schedule, identifies and investigates project schedule variances.

+ Review contractor schedule for compliance with Contract and Scheduling Technicalities.

+ Review contractor's time impact analysis.

+ Collects and updates data and updates and produces scheduling reports.

+ Gathers data for schedule baseline development and maintenance.

+ Managing project controls systems (including setup of work breakdown structure), capturing to-date progress and expenditure data, analyzing to-date performance data, forecasting at-completion performance data.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

+ BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with the above outlined capabilities.

+ Primavera P6 expertise/certification.

+ Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in architecture, construction management, engineering, environmental services or related course work.

+ Three (3) years experience in the scheduling of construction projects, new rehab and additions.

+ A satisfactory combination of education and experience.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $91,187.00 - $129,912.47.
