Summary of Responsibilities:Do you enjoy working on project teams and completing multiple tasks to help increase team productivity? If so, bring your positive energy to ATC as a Project Specialist. In this role, you'll work side by side with ATC's Project Managers to initiate capital projects and maintain project related information within ATC's accounting and project management systems.Essential Responsibilities:You'll use your associate's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience to create project sites that are used by ATC's projects teams to share project relevant documents. You'll team with ATC's Project Accounting group to set-up work orders and create project authorization submittals to help capture project costs and approve budgets. Our Project Specialists coordinate with field crews to record material deliveries to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace.
