Job DescriptionJob Summary The Project Staffing Coordinator is responsible to coordinate all site-specific procedures related to staffing for various construction projects. The Project Staffing Coordinator will perform duties including but not limited to facilitating and overseeing background checks, drug testing, registrations, and site-specific training and/or badging processes as needed for projects. This position will work closely with HR, Operations Leadership, craft employees, vendors, and clients.Job Responsibilities•Collaborates with HR and Operations leadership to understand site specific requirements and staffing needs •Coordinates background checks and drug testing for employees with company vendors and clients •Manages, reports and communicates drug testing results for employees to Human Resources and Risk Departments as needed •Manages company accounts related to site specific site requirements and credentialing •Identifies, reports, and resolves issues and risks for employees and the company related to site specific procedures•Safeguards employees' personal data to ensure it is properly used and maintained as it relates to site specific requirements and procedures•Tracks and reports on site specific badging credentials, expirations and/or renewals of credentials•Ensures compliance with contract requirements and employment laws and regulations•Serves as a point of contact for questions related to MAREK's processes, procedures, and costs related to site specific processes and procedures •Reviews and reconciles monthly invoicing related to site specific testing and registration processes •Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to filing, mailing, faxing, and copying. •Assists with new hire orientation, onboarding, and special company projects or initiatives as needed•Performs other duties as assignedJob RequirementsExperience•3-5 years of relevant work-related experience in an office environment•Previous experience working for a construction or remodeling company preferredSkills•Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment•Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality•Ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization•Ability to take direction and apply critical thinking skills•Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point)•Bilingual English/Spanish requiredWorking Conditions•Able to work a varied schedule to complete projects and meet deadlines in response to changing demands. •Able to work overtime (scheduled and/or unscheduled, nights and/or weekends) as needed or required to meet established deadlines. •Able to perform work indoors in an office environment, regardless of whether cubicle, open office or private office.Physical Requirements•Able to demonstrate the manual dexterity to operate a personal computer effectively. •Able to communicate orally in a clear manner. •Able to hear oral communication either in person or on equipment such as telephone or mobile phone. •Able to operate a personal computer, either desktop or laptop, for extended periods of time creating, composing and reviewing documents and spreadsheets. •Able to operate office equipment, including telephone, mobile phone, photocopier, fax machine, scanner and calculator.Direct reportsThis position has no direct reports.*We are an Equal Opportunity Employer*
