Superintendent A well-established, client-focused commercial contractor and construction manager in the Capital Region of New York State is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team. This role involves leading project teams in the field, with a focus on both General Construction and Construction Management delivery methods. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex commercial projects. Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of field supervision experience in general construction or construction management
- Experience managing commercial construction projects valued between $1M and $20M
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities to coordinate multiple trades, personnel, and suppliers effectively
- Comprehensive understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP systems
- Financial acumen to maintain project budgets
- Familiarity with construction scheduling and planning
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and daily reporting tools such as Raken; experience with project management software like Procore
- Availability to work on-site at job locations
- College degree preferred but not mandatory if experience is substantial
- OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred

Job Description: As a Project Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site activities for large construction projects, working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate project tasks, scheduling, and material procurement.
