Monolith Commercial Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to join our team. This position will require the superintendent to be on-site for the duration of the project. As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Job Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish Review and interpret blueprints Ensure compliance with construction specifications and regulations Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Monitor progress and quality of work Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues Monolith Hospitality is a hotel renovation general contractor licensed in multiple states. We specialize in hotel PIP requirements, upgrades, remodels, and brand conversions.
