Our client is seeking a results-oriented Superintendent with a solid background in tilt-wall construction to oversee their projects in San Antonio. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in tilt-wall construction.
• Deep knowledge of tilt-wall methodologies, industrial projects, and structural systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex schedules and leading diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
