Location: Pomona, CA (This position is fully on-site and there are no opportunities for remote or hybrid work)

About the Role:

A Project Coordinator 1 plays a key role in managing and facilitating construction projects here at Apex Imaging Services. The employee is responsible for strong administrative and coordinating support to Project Managers of all levels. This individual must deliver on project planning and scheduling, resource management, documentation and reporting, quality control and process improvement.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

o Obtain a bachelor's degree from an accredited university

o 1+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinating role

o Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

o Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator 1 include but are not limited to:

o Project Documentation and Tracking: Oversee the preparation and management of comprehensive project documentation from initiation through to project closure.

o Status Reporting: Generate and present daily status reports to provide insights into project progress and performance.

o Schedule Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.

o Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve unexpected project issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

o Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to address project challenges and ensure cohesive execution.

o Compliance and Standards: Uphold strict adherence to budgetary constraints, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

o Multi-Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

o Project Planning: Execute key planning activities, including defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

o Client Commitment: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by maintaining consistent communication and meeting project expectations.

o Deadline Adherence: Complete assignments and deliverables within established deadlines to ensure timely project completion.

o Client Liaison: Act as a primary liaison with clients, reviewing and validating deliverables prepared by the team prior to client submission.
