Job Description: A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Project Coordinator for a short-term project. This person will be responsible for communication with the lead vendor and internal teams to ensure timely delivery on the project. Below is a summary of the responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Team Organization: Facilitate productive interactions between internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Commission Team Coordination: Develop and implement a structured approach for the commission team to follow, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Meeting Management: Schedule and organize meetings, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication with all team members.
- Documentation: Create and manage governance documents from RFPs, ensuring the team is aligned and informed.
- RACI Structure: Implement and maintain a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) structure to clarify roles and responsibilities within the project.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize MS PowerPoint, Project, and Excel to create presentations, track project progress, and manage data effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.
- Experience with RACI structures and governance documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
