Hire Type: Long-term contract, Onsite

Target Pay Rate: $33.00/hour (W2 with full employee benefits)

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is an entry-level role on the Program Management team for a medical device manufacturing company. This person supports the Program Manager with tasks such as preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, creating presentations, and other relevant duties. This role offers hands-on experience in program management within a medical device setting, including exposure to design control, change control, and risk management.

Job Duties:

Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of the medical device Quality System.

Assist with program communication to align stakeholders and track goals/milestones.

Run program meetings when the Program Manager is unavailable.

Take an active role in learning about medical products, design control, risk management, and change control.

Present program-related updates to large groups.]

Assist program manager(s) with program-related tasks, including (but not limited to): meeting minutes, timeline updates, and presentation preparation.

Assist program manager in drafting project proposals, design input documentation, project plans, schedules, presentations, technical reviews, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or a related field preferred.

0 – 3 years of administrative experience working in a life sciences field.

Ability to facilitate project tasks and manage administrative duties.

Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and able to manage time effectively.
