What is the Role? As the Project Support Specialist, you are part of our Health Services Team and your passion for providing comprehensive and complex administrative and project management support to a dedicated team in a healthcare setting is a core component of our organizational success and significantly contributes to our important mission. Your role will vary from the strategic - such as collaborating with team members and networks to develop, support, implement and execute quality improvement initiatives, manuals, reports and educational materials - through the tactical - such as preparing and compiling documents, responding to program inquiries, scheduling internal and external meetings, making logistical arrangements and providing support for the management of IHC's social media campaigns, podcasts, and online communication platforms. You will be responsible for: Providing comprehensive administrative and project management support for the Health Services team, including performing the day-to-day administrative and support duties and promoting team initiatives Performing a full range of administrative support functions such as preparing and compiling documentation (agenda, minutes, reports, handouts, etc.), answering program inquiries, and making logistical arrangements for and scheduling internal and/or external meetings or education related events Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records for projects and team activities. Providing support and communications functions for management of social media, podcast channel, and online communication platforms Developing and delivering routine team and/or program emails, newsletters, announcements, and updates, and Acting as a liaison for the Health Services team to both internal and external stakeholders, as needed. This position is 100% remote Who Are You? You are a committed, skilled professional with a strong passion for organization, administrative support and project management You have an Associate's degree in Business, Communication, Administration, Healthcare or other relevant field - if you have a Bachelor's degree, even better You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a project or administrative support role You have experience with mass communications, including newsletters, social media platforms and program materials You are extremely comfortable in a deadline driven environment, and are able to effectively juggle multiple projects simultaneously You are familiar with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Access and PowerPoint and, preferably, also have a working knowledge of ZOOM, MailChimp and/or podcasts You are a positive, friendly and authentic contributor, you have a strong ability to build relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders, and you work effectively both independently and in a team environment Who Are We?
