Passero Associates' Rochester Office has an excellent full-time opportunity for a Project Surveyor to work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, municipal, and institutional land-development projects using the latest advancements in industry technology. Types of projects include Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Construction Layout, Municipal/Airport Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and Residential Instrument Surveys. Our ideal candidate would have the ability to work in both the field and the office. Responsibilities:•Provide boundary and topographic mapping•Prepare ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys•Research and review deeds and abstracts of title•Provide office setup for construction layout•Survey calculations and drafting utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D•Prepare legal descriptions•Processing of field data collection•Communicate with both internal and external clients•Working knowledge of use of robotic total stations and GPS•Provide deliverables within budget and timeframe requirementsQualifications/ Experience:•AAS or BS degree in Surveying & Geomatics Engineering Technology or Survey-related experience•5+ years' experience•In pursuit of licensing•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite •Strong communication skills•Valid driver's license and personal vehicleSubmit your resume and cover letter today!
