QualificationsQualifications
- Represents NCSC in a professional manner, including an ability to establish credibility and to interact productively with staff across the organization and with external stakeholders
- Relevant education, training, and professional experience in court administration or respective area
- Demonstrated experience working on court improvement projects or initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to travel
- Strong project management skills, including time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility needed to perform effectively with limited resources and time constraints
