Position Summary:
As PM Materials Manager you will be responsible for supporting active construction sites on all material support needs. The PM Materials Manager is responsible for the performance of the day-to-day administrative tasks involved in the inventory control activities at construction sites that include but are not limited to coordinating site cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, resolving inventory issue and setup of new construction site warehouses. The PM Materials Manager will be accountable for accuracy of site inventory with regular site visits to perform physical cycle counts and material management process audits.
Responsibilities:
* Oversees inventory issue support requests (ServiceNow/Upvise).
* First level support on material coordination (ServiceNow/Upvise).
* Utilizes, correctly, ERP software for order placement and order tracking.
* Utilizes, correctly, ERP software to investigate and correct inventory issues.
* Expedites material related to WTO or 91 requests.
* Use all company tools/resources to resolve expedited material demands.
* Identifies trends and issues for WTO requests.
* Handles, quickly and efficiently, all order types and demand.
* Coordinates shipping requests.
* Identifies and escalates delays.
* Assist cycle counts with site construction.
* Audit site on process adherence.
* Act as training resource to promote adoption and adherence to site material management process.
* Complete on-site physical inventory counts
* Assists in Cost of Energy (CoE) activities as directed.
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience:
* High School Diploma/GED required
* 2 years degree a plus or APICS Certification
* Two years' experience within inventory management or commensurate knowledge.
* Experience with ABC cycle count programs
* ERP experience a plus (SAP preferred)
* SAP experience
* Lean management mindset
* Continuous improvement focused
