Job Description:

Starting at $ 16.64 per hour | Required flexibility to work various shifts

Assist the Marketing Service Manager with coordination, implementation and communication of entertainment, promotions, and special events to ensure customer satisfaction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

* Be compliant with all local, state and federal regulations and Tribal MICS.

* Enforce policies throughout the department by maintaining constant contact with department staff.

* Assist in setting challenging, but realistic goals for their department.

* Assist the Marketing Service Manager in developing, organizing, and running special event programs to ensure guest satisfaction.

* Assist with all details of promotions and events including preparing mailings, organizing gift bags, serving food, cleaning up, executing drawings, etc.

* Work with the Food & Beverage Manager or Marketing Staff to have food and beverages planned for events.

* Assist in researching vendors and pricing products or services to fulfill the expectations of guests.

* Manage all inventory for the Marketing Department.

* Review and process all requests for donations and sponsorships.

* Keep current with industry trends and technology to help maintain company's competitive edge.

* Assist Guest Services when needed in the Guest Services Booth and Eagle Lounge.

* Participate in special projects and all other duties requested by Marketing Management.

Job Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent is required.

* Advanced computer knowledge and experience is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

* Ability to uphold complete confidentiality is required.

* Must display professionalism when representing PCCH.

* Must work well with people, possess excellent guest service skills and sensitivity to diverse cultures.

* Must possess strong oral and written communications skills.

* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy are required.

* The ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations is required.
