The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in inventory management, life cycle management, exercise support, load-out procedures, equipment issue and receipt, as well as sensitive item inventory and invoicing. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, fleet management, and ensuring the accurate tracking and accountability of property and equipment within the Headquarters.Role and ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize space utilization and streamline workflow.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, complying with all safety regulations.
  • Ability to conduct line hauls and line haul coordination for internal items and external vendors
Inventory Control:
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary supplies while minimizing excess stock.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and accountability of all items.
  • Implement DCMA compliant automated systems for tracking inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Oversee the secure storage, accountability, and inventory of sensitive items and weapons in the Arms Room, ensuring compliance with all security protocols, regulations, and procedures. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain 100% accountability and readiness of all controlled items.
  • Oversee the secure, storage, accountability, inventory and inspections for DEA licenses and associated narcotics programs
  • Oversee the secure, storage, accountability, inventory and inspections for crypto storage and radios integrated with the F3EA FSO
Property Accountability:
  • Maintain accurate records of all property and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and accountability for all equipment within the HQs.
  • Coordinate property transfers, hand receipts, and the disposal of surplus or obsolete items in compliance with regulations.
  • Implement and manage property accountability systems, ensuring all equipment is properly tagged, tracked, and maintained.
Supply Chain Logistics:
  • Coordinate the logistics of supply chains, including transportation, distribution, and delivery of equipment.
  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors that routinely provide goods and services for the company.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Business Development Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and develop sales for inventory rental external to organic clientele
  • Develop sales forecast and develop long term forecast opportunities
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Experience equivalent to Army MOS 92A (Automated Logistical Specialist) and 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) or similar civilian roles.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and property accountability principles.
  • Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software systems.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Preferred Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
  • Preferred Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD)
  • Preferred Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  • Preferred Skills Military training experience Special Operations Forces (SOF) background
  • Proficient in MS Office related software
  • Ability to multitask between at least three complex projects simultaneously while managing overall program performance
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or property accountability.
  • Must be a United States citizen Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance
  • Be able to travel approximately 20% of the time to support several customer locations in the continental US, and possibly abroad.

  • Must be able to work in austere conditions, indoors or outdoors, with varying work shifts
