Description
Landmark Dividend LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Property Administrator who is eager to apply their knowledge and expand their experience by joining our Data Center team in working to enhance and expand our portfolio of data center and fiber hub assets.
What You'll Do
As a Property Administrator, you will engage with multiple internal departments to work toward shared objectives and the overall success of Landmark Dividend's Data Center platform as we acquire & manage our portfolio of assets. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with technology adjacent real estate assets and make a noticeable impact on the company.
This role will report to the Vice President of Property Management who values a strong individual and collaborative work ethic and effective time management. This role will be critical to support the Property Management, Asset Management & Acquisitions functions of the Data Center group.
