This position is also responsible for overseeing third party vendors and contractors. Candidates should possess appropriate interpersonal skills to interact regularly with owners, vendors, and coworkers. Weekends required. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible position with an hourly pay range of $21.00-24.00/hr.ESSENTIAL DUTIESPerform routine house checks and/or boiler and sprinkler system checksResponsible for grounds maintenance including snow removal and light mowingExecute basic carpentry and painting when neededPerform preventative equipment maintenanceTrash removalPublic restroom maintenance, stocking & cleaningPerform basic plumbing and electrical troubleshootingDiagnose problems and contact appropriate vendor(s)Respond to homeowner inquiries and requests professionallyEnforce association rules and regulationsAdditional duties as assigned by Community ManagerEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEducation: High school diploma, or equivalent required.Experience: Previous building and landscaping experience preferred.QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSBasic knowledge of building systems and landscapingStrong communication skillsAbility to organize and explain information for different audiences: Boards, homeowners, staff etc.Ability to organize time and projectsAbility to work independentlyFamiliarity with Microsoft OfficePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKINGThis position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.An Equal Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
