Location: San Antonio,TX, USA
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate the Property and Casualty members by answering inbound calls, emails, and other contacts from the members
· Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm the information or for member authorization
· Apply knowledge of personal lines to assist member to bind policies, coverage provision, payments, and renewals for insurance product
· Provide response to members on call using the tools and resources available to support
· Set up reminders and follow up with customer on timely manner
· Follow the compliance and regulatory requirement when handling the members
· Maintain Property and Casualty (P&C) License
Qualification Required
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent
· Min 1 year of customer service experience
· Active Property and Casualty (P&C) producer License
