Job Description:

Manhattan-based real estate firm is seeking a Property Coordinator to support their busy property management office. Must have 3+ years of administrative and customer service experience, ideally out of a property management or real estate environment.

Salary $55-65K base

Fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Address tenant inquiries via email, phone, and in-person regarding maintenance or other concerns.
  • Perform routine checks of HVAC systems, alarms, loading docks, and parking.
  • Coordinate urgent and scheduled repairs with vendors and the maintenance team.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss operations and tenant issues.
  • Process payments for services, repairs, and utilities; manage vendor paperwork.
  • Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
  • Oversee repairs in vacant units.
  • Schedule and manage small projects, contractors, and vendors.
  • Process purchase orders and service agreements.
  • Update databases for tenants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum three years in customer service, preferably in property management or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
