Insight Global is seeking to hire a full-time Property Coordinator supporting a large real estate investment trust. This person will ideally be located within commutable distance to Chantilly, VA, with the ability to travel through the Northern VA region. The Property Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 12 datacenter properties in the region. Daily onsite responsibilities include oversight of the property exteriors, parking lots and lighting, meeting with the landscaping teams, conducting site inspections, and upholding the standards per the lease agreements. Administrative responsibilities include processing invoices, sending out purchase orders, connecting with site facility managers to address needs, working through contracts and leases, etc. This role requires the ability to work with, collaborate with and communicate with contractors, vendors, internal employees and tenants/staff. Required Skills & Experience-2-3 years of Property Coordinator/Assistant Property Manager experience-Dealing with multiple properties/medium to large size portfolios-Working knowledge of Docusign, MS Office, computer skills, etc.o Must know how to process invoices and working with purchase orders-Ability to travel throughout Loudon county, Fairfax county, and Prince Williams county Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Working knowledge of Voyager PO & invoicing system-Commercial real estate background Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
