Our client, a well-established legal practice focused on real estate disputes and bodily harm claims is recruiting a skilled Property Damage Specialist to support litigation processes and foster strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in facilitating the resolution of cases by providing exceptional bilingual support and ensuring effective communication between clients, attorneys, and external agencies.

Focus:

  • Coordinate and manage property damage claims in collaboration with legal professionals.
  • Act as the dedicated liaison for English and Spanish-speaking clientele, providing seamless and accurate language support to facilitate effective communication.
  • Utilize the Microsoft Office suite to efficiently coordinate and manage case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondences.
  • Facilitate meetings and communications between clients and attorneys.
  • Perform administrative duties related to case management, including scheduling, data entry, and file maintenance.

Skill Set:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in personal injury cases is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively manage our diverse client base.
  • Previous experience in a legal setting is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
  • Proven capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain composure under deadline pressure in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
