Position Description:
As a Property Field Claims Adjuster Sr, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their property claims. Operating remotely, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of claims. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, evaluating damages, and negotiating settlements, all while adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Multilingual proficiency preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (or equivalents), Xactimate, and/or other claims estimating software.
- Competent knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Maintains appropriate adjuster's licensing as required by states of operation.
- Must reside and work within the designated territory (greater Minneapolis area).
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
- Physical dexterity to inspect damage in various conditions and perform roof inspections.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Experience as a property claims adjuster.Proficiency in Xactimate software.Reside and work within the designated territory.Nice-to-Have Skills:
