POSITION SUMMARY:

CL Gulf Coast is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Inspector to join our team in Gulf Shores, AL. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Property Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our vacation rental properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality. You will work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to identify and address any issues promptly, ensuring that each property is ready to welcome guests and provide them with a memorable stay.

In this role, you will have access to a company vehicle, so a very clean driving record and comfort driving a van is crucial.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental properties between guest stays
• Identify and document any issues or areas for improvement, such as cleanliness, damage, or maintenance needs
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively
• Communicate with owners relations, guest services and guests as needed to resolve any concerns or questions
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and related activities
• Assist with the implementation of quality control processes and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems as they arise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members, property owners, and guests
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and situations in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
• Valid driver's license

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $14 - $18

Schedule

• Varies - schedule fluctuates on seasonality and weekend needs. Inspections typically.
• Week days, weekends, evenings may be required.
• Standard hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
