This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for grounds keeping, including mowing and general landscaping, as well as performing light electrical and plumbing repairs. Strong customer service skills are essential as you will be interacting with tenants and addressing their maintenance concerns. This position is temp-to-hire, offering an opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.Responsibilities:

• Maintain property exteriors through regular mowing, landscaping, and general upkeep.
• Perform light electrical and plumbing repairs to address minor issues and ensure systems are functioning properly.
• Communicate effectively with tenants to address maintenance requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, along with grounds keeping.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants.
• Valid driver's license is required for transportation between job sites.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
