Job Description:

Advantage Resourcing is hiring an experienced Property Maintenance Technician in Alexandria, LA. If you have a mechanical inclination, enjoy hands-on work, and are someone we can rely on, apply today for this exciting opportunity!

Pay: $15-$18 per hour (Based on experience)

1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements | 2 years of experience

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of semi-skilled tasks related to the upkeep, care, and improvement of property grounds. In this role, you will reinstall doorknobs/door jams/locks, and install and repair cabinets, screens, windows, and weather stripping. Additional tasks include trash removal, inspecting fire extinguishers/smoke alarms, and changing filters, along with other utility tasks as assigned.
