We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Maintenance Technician.
Below is the job description.
- Performs preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment, and grounds
- Monitors building system operations and performance.
- Will perform various repairs and preventative maintenance involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock repair, roofing
- Coordinates assigned activities with contractors, other divisions, outside agencies, tenants, and the public; and performs related duties as assigned
- Executes work orders. Interacting with tenants and maintaining a good rapport responding to tenant maintenance issues / requests.
- Inspects building systems and performs necessary repairs and maintenance
- Keeps maintenance logs on different building systems.
Experience with:
- Maintaining commercial property
- Some experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical
- Ability to change HVAC filters, perform repairs on toilets, urinals, and sinks
- Ability to perform light carpentry jobs
- Must have good people skills to work with tenants
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license
Should be self starter with excellent attention to detail who is highly organized!
