If so, then Monte Christo Communities has the job for you!Learn more about us at: What you will doProperty maintenance position supporting two mobile home and RV communities in the Brookings/Gold Hill area.Landscaping: Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other yard work including bush, leaf, and debris removal.Groundskeeping: Pick up trash and debris and clean common areas.Plumbing: Open clogged drains, fix leaks, expose and identify sources or external water or sewer leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs.Electrical: Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, change fuses and meters, and complete similar electrical tasks.Carpentry: Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks, and repairing steps, rails, and fencing.Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required.Clean homes to prepare for sale.Complete other basic maintenance tasks as assigned.
