Our client in Pittsburgh is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to work at their properties around the area.Job Description:- Perform regular troubleshooting issues in homes/apartments such as plumbing leaks, electrical issues, appliance repair, drywall repair, landscaping, painting, among other duties- During times where maintenance requests are all fulfilled, this position will assist other staff in renovations of unoccupied properties- Traditional day shift - Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm, also on call after hours and weekends once per month- Properties to be serviced are within southern limits of PittsburghJob RequirementsJob Requirements:- Must have at least 1 year of experience in property management and/or residential construction- Must be experienced or proficient in at least one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, drywall, landscaping, painting- Valid driver's license is required- Must be able to be on call after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule- Must have own tools and transportation#ZRPB
