Creates and vets work orders and distributes to staff and vendors. Tracks timeliness of completion and reviews and manages open obligations with mechanics and Construction and Property Managers. Location: This position works on-site at our One M&T Plaza location. Primary Responsibilities:Review and processes Construction and Property Management invoices for routine services based on assigned region. Complete expense reports for field personnel when required. Receive, code and disburse mail. Run daily Department reports and distribute to field. Assist in data entry for projects. Understand and adhere to the Companys risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Companys Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
