Responsibilities include receiving visitors, answering phone inquiries, collecting and posting rent using Yardi Voyager software, and escorting maintenance vendors. You'll schedule resident eligibility and recertification appointments, maintain accurate records, manage move-in packets, and prepare resident notices.
