Property Management Associate – In-Office Role in Midtown NYC

My client is seeking a skilled Property Management Associate to join their growing team in Midtown NYC.

What You'll Do:
- Generate and manage work orders while maintaining accurate data entry.
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, efficiently answering calls and addressing inquiries to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare mailings, and manage correspondence to keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to oversee property maintenance, address tenant needs, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in residential property management is required.
- Proficiency with Yardi software or similar property management platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn and use new systems quickly.
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Role Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office.
- Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus:
