Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Taos Ski Valley Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Coordinator to join our Residential Property Management team. In this crucial role, you will help oversee the operation and maintenance of our high-end residential properties, including The Blake Residences and The Blake Penthouses. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering top-notch hospitality by supporting the Residential Property team with asset management, rental oversight, administrative tasks, and interdepartmental coordination.Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to homeowners, guests and rental clients.
  • Implement measures to optimize inventory turnover, fulfillment and utilization.
  • Update databases to improve organization and operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas of concern.
  • Oversee maintenance, housekeeping and rental management of Residences.
  • Act as a liaison between homeowners, guests and internal departments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Independently and efficiently manage time to ensure daily task completion.
  • Stay informed about property management best practices and industry trends.
  • Participate in orientation and continual on-the-job training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to safety policies.
  • Adhere to the dress code policy as mentioned in the policy handbook.

Qualifications/Knowledge:
  • Experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Springer Miller Systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, peak times and.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, other language skills preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a favorable Motor Vehicle Record check; minimum age of 25.
  • High School Diploma required; additional education or relevant work experience preferred.
Work Environment and Culture:At an elevation of 9,000 feet, Taos Ski Valley offers a unique high-alpine environment. Expect to work in conditions that may include uneven, snow-packed, or icy terrain, with exposure to wet, cold, and humid weather. Be prepared to work in winter conditions approximately 20% of the time.Background Check:This position requires a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
