Do you have a diverse skill set tailoredto the unique demands of maintaining residential spaces? The right candidate will have:
- An in depth understanding and experience with carpentry - including but not limited to repairing doors, windows, decks, docks, railings, etc
- General knowledge of plumbing and ability to trouble shoot issues and follow the steps needed to resolve in a timely fashion.
- A broad understanding of electrical issues and maintenance.
- A general understanding of HVAC and system maintenance and care.
- Experience in general home maintenance such as painting, drywall repairs and other routine maintenance that keeps a property in optimal condition.
- You must be prepared to handle a wide range of tasks, from basic repairs tomore complex projects. Having attention to details and a creative and efficientapproach to problem solving is a must. Customer service and an ability tocommunicate effectively, top the list of skills needed to be successful in this position.You'll need to foster positive relationships and work successfully with a team toprovide the highest quality work and the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
