Job Description: The Analyst, Property Platform Localization will support the customization of Hilton's property management platforms to ensure full compliance with local legal requirements. This includes both the initial localization for new countries that Hilton enters, and the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of property management platforms in countries where Hilton already operates. You will act as an important liaison between the regional business teams and the global technology organization. The Analyst, Property Platform Localization will work closely with regional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze legal requirements and translate these into functional requirements for the delivery team. You will participate in the software delivery process by supporting the engineering and testing teams in delivering solutions in line with the initial requirements. More specifically, you will: •Gather, document, and analyze country-specific legal requirements to determine their impact on Hilton's property management platforms •Convert business requirements into functional requirements and hand these over to the engineering and testing teams for delivery •Oversee the delivery of localization capabilities to ensure on-time delivery •Review test cases to confirm adequate test coverage, and validate test results •Hand over newly developed localization capabilities to other technology and business groups to allow for proper implementation and support •Manage the pilot implementation of new localization capabilities •Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders across the business and technology •Proactively seek to expand current knowledge of Hilton's technology capabilities •Identify areas of risk and cross-functional dependencies from conception through delivery What are we looking for? The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills: •Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams •Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with varied audiences •Ability to obtain strong working knowledge of current and future technology capabilities •Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence to motivate and influence others •Demonstrates the highest standards of ethical behavior •Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement actions required to achieve goals •Adapts willingly to change •Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple and concurrent demands To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: •High School Degree •Three (3) years of professional work experience in Hospitality •Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role managing business requirements) •Knowledge of Jira and Confluence •Additional Requirements: Occasional travel (10%) It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: •Two (2) years of professional work experience in a multinational company •Experience with property management systems, i.e., Opera, OnQ PM, HotelKey
