Job Description: Assists Property Managers by: Welcoming walk-in visitors and answering phone calls, answering their questions or referring them to the appropriate person. Receipting and posting rent payments Verifying and collecting information to help process rental applications Responding to tenant inquiries, Guest Cards and maintenance requests Filing, sorting mail, Supply Management and other duties as assigned Skills Required: friendly and outgoing personality 2-3 years office related experience preferred Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate across digital and in-person Strong interpersonal skills to support relationships with a broad range of stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and other related tools Attention to detail Effective time management including prioritization of time sensitive items and ability to meet deadlines
